  • We Never Charge For Setup Time.  We Also Arrive Extra Early For Setup When Allowed

  • Never Worry About Equipment Failures.  We Carry Extra Equipment, and We Back All Music Up on Multiple Devices

  • We Also Have the MP3's of All Music.  Unlike Some DJ's, We Never Have to Rely on Internet Connection to Play Your Music

  • Ceremony Coverage Includes 30 Minutes of Pre-Ceremony Background Music for Guests as They Arrive

  • Fully Battery Powered Ceremony Setup Includes Music & Audio With Two Speakers, Plus up to Two Lapel or Handheld Style Wireless Microphones

For Couples That Need Us To Manage All Aspects of The Wedding Day

**This Package is Required If There is No Experienced Coordinator on Hand**

  • Every Wedding Needs Someone to Keep It Organized & Moving…. Even DIY Couples, and The DJ is Always Looked to for Leadership and Guidance in the Absence of a Hands-On Coordinator.  Unfortunately, Most DJ's Either Can't Handle or Don't Want To Take on This Responsibility.  This is What Makes Us So Different.  We Utilize Many Years of Coordinating Experience to Provide A Unique Peace of Mind for DIY Couples.  We Will Provide All of the Above Plus The Following:

  •  We’ll Work More Closely With You Throughout the Planning Process Than A DJ Normally Would

  • In Most Cases, We Can Visit The Venue With You to Come Up With the Perfect Layout for Your Reception Space, and We Can Help With Creating Your Event Space Diagram in Most Cases

  • In Some Instances We can Attend and Manage Your Rehearsal. 

  • Please Note That Availability and Travel Restrictions and/or Travel Fees May Apply For Rehearsal Attendance

  • On The Wedding Day, Your DJ Will Be the Point of Contact for Your Family, Bridal Party, And All of  Your Vendors, in Order to Manage The Flow Of The Ceremony and Reception So Your Special Day Runs Smoothly!

Decorating & Concierge Options

Wedding/Event Decorating Setup Starting at $300.00

  • At least 1 Planning Meeting within 30 days of the Wedding (Phone and/or At Venue)

  • Ceremony Setup of Chairs, Arch, Florals, Signage, etc…

  • Reception Setup = All Table Settings, Florals, Signage, Additional Decorations, etc…

  • Additional Fees May Be Needed to Cover Staffing for Larger Events, or More Intensive Setup Requirements

 

Wedding/Event Cleanup Starting at $150.00

  • We’ll Arrive Roughly 60 Minutes Prior to the Scheduled Event Ending Time To Clean off Tables, Throw Away Trash, Organize Linens, Pack Up Decorations and Help Load Vehicles, Etc…

  • Additional Fees May Be Needed to Cover Staffing for Larger Events, or More Intensive Cleanup Requirements
